Even in the past three weeks, the development of the global outbreak is widely spread across Indonesia, both in terms of the infected regions and the number of positive and suspected patients.
Everybody now in concern. The central government and the regional government stay responsive and alert since the virus spread rapidly and the medications has not yet been found. Moreover, this pandemic can cause fatality. Therefore, the government instructs the community and all elements of the nation to take some preventive measures.
As an open space with many visitors, Lotus Lakes Golf Club Karawang is a sport attraction as well as a place for golf enthusiast to gather. We are aware in responding to the government instruction in order to slow the spread of Covid – 19 pandemic.
Even though we are still operating and keep providing our best service, Lotus Lakes Golf Club is taking some preventive actions in suppressing the spread of Covid-19 in Lotus Lakes Golf Club area. These preventive measures are taken to ensure convenience and safety for anyone in Lotus Lakes Golf Club. A wide range of the preventive action has decided by Lotus Lakes Golf Club to halt Covid-19 spread.
Those are thermo scan for every member/golfer, staff, caddie, and anyone who are going to have their activities in Lotus Lakes Golf Club environments. They must use the available hand sanitizer as the next step. Our management even provides hand sanitizer at all spaces and rooms in Lotus Lakes Golf Club area that are often used by the customers and staff.
Furthermore, the management has disinfected all the spots including front and back lobby, restaurant area, locker rooms, office, security post, front terrace, kiosk / shelter, caddie room, canteen, golf cart, care room, toilet, living room, and prayer room.
The management of Lotus Lakes Golf Club also takes preventive actions from different perspectives, such as placing a number of information related to prevention and advice to suppress Covid – 19 outbreak. We even conduct promotion as its implementation regarding self clean lines to all of our staff.
Following these various steps, the management of the Lotus Lakes Golf Club continues to make contributions to support the spread of Covid – 19. The latest efforts are installing sprayer boxes in the front entrance lobby. The sprayer box was previously placed in the rear lobby. And for the time being the dressing of women is used for male guests and the dressing for female guests is transferred to the ebony room.
Then install the plastic divider for golfers and staff in the office at check-in. Then make a special marker of a yellow queue with 1 meter each connecting one person to the next when waiting in line to check in or check out.
