DP World Tour Championship to Break Prize Record

Several world-class golf tournaments have set the record as the biggest prize givers. However, in 2019 all the biggest prize-giving tournaments will be broken by a season-ending Tournament, the DP World Tour Championship at Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai.

In November 2019, DP World Tour Championship will break the biggest prize record in the history of golf. This tournament will give a check of USD 3 million or more than 42.3 billion rupiah for the winner even though in 2018 he/she only received USD 1.3 million or more than 18.3 billion rupiah.

Nonetheless, it is not easy to get the super prize since the excellent golfers must compete first in the Turkish Airlines Open tournament with a prize of USD 2 million and Nedbank Golf Challenge with a prize of USD2.5 million and only 50 remaining golfers from the two tournaments deserving to compete in the 2019DP World Tour Championship 2019.

Previously, U.S. Open, the biggest prize holder in the world of golf, was broken since in its 119th implementation in June 2019 at Pebble Beach Golf Links, Pebble Beach, California United States the winner Gary Woodland only won a prize of USD 2.25 million or more than 31.755 billion rupiah.
The third place was occupied by the 2019 Masters Tournament at Augusta National, Georgia, the United States held last April giving a prize of USD 2.07 million or more than 28.2 billion rupiah to the winner, Tiger Woods. On the other hand, the 2019 British Open held in mid-July was in the fourth place since it only provided USD 1.935millionor more than 27.3 billion rupiah to the winner.

Millions of dollars in prizes have indeed become prestige and characteristic of a legendary golf, so the winner deserves to be rewarded with big prizes.
